I really loved Henry Martin. He was a tremendous blessing to me. I always felt that if I could have hand-picked the perfect dad, it would have been Henry!

Henry was a dear friend, a selfless servant of God and an inspiration. We remember with fondness our many lunches and dinners and evening conversations, often with family and friends. We will miss Henry and his loving kindness
deeply.
Henry used skills he learned in auto marketing to dilligently get out the good news about our Creator while making the World a better place for others.
In a few minutes Candy & I along with Jessica and Sydney will soon join the Live Stream Celebration of Henry’s life. We look forward to seeing and sharing memories with Robin, Brent, Heidi and families when we’re back in Grants Pass. We too look forward to meeting Henry with friends and family at the NW corner of the Tree of Life. Until then we thank God fo the life of Henry!
A very special two hours!! Thanks to all who participated. Skip and I sat here and reminisced over many details from our Weimar experience, working under Henry & Robin. What godly friends, examples and mentors they have been to us. And long before Heidi’s “surprise” I had reached into my drawer to retrieve our “Without Jesus life is pointless” pencil, courtesy of Auto Martin decades ago when my in-laws shopped with Henry. I have never met anyone so sold on Jesus’ way of life and so tirelessly persuasive for good as was Henry. He taught me much, stretching me to joyful success, then thanking me profusely and with handwritten notes. I was always willing–and blessed!–to be part of the Martin adventures. Can’t wait for the eternal reunion in heaven. Henry invited so many to be “neighbors in heaven” and we plan on it!

Remember many years of knowing Henry Martin and working with him in the car business with my then husband Chuck Mortenson.
Henry’s love for the Lord was always obvious to me. I enjoyed knowing his family…from the the young children to his Aunt Mary & Bill Fisher. Especially his delightful wife Robin. What a witness he has been…leaving a legacy to be proud of as his witnessing lives on!

Without Jesus, life is pointless! I love that. We should always keep that in forethought.
Loved this wonderful memorial service for Henry. Thank you for live streaming.
